These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MTC / Modern Tech Compounds website ("Site") and the ordering of materials listed in the researcher catalog. By creating an account, acknowledging the research-use terms, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research-use only

All materials sold through the Site are supplied strictly for documented in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human consumption or for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. No medical claims are made or implied.

2. Researcher eligibility

You represent that you are at least 21 years old, are a qualified researcher or authorized purchaser acting on behalf of a research institution or laboratory, and will handle all materials in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Access to catalog materials, prices, and ordering tools requires account creation and the researcher / RUO acknowledgement, which is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, and user-agent for audit purposes.

3. Ordering, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order is not for legitimate research use. All sales are final except as required by the Refund Policy.

4. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site or any material purchased through it to (a) administer to any human or animal; (b) make or distribute drug, supplement, cosmetic, or therapeutic claims; (c) resell for human or veterinary consumption; or (d) violate any law or regulation.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, images, and product identifiers (including in-house research codes such as MTC-3RT and MTC-2T) are owned by MTC and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MTC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
