Where we ship
MTC currently ships to addresses within the United States only, to verified researcher accounts. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping method and cost
Materials are dispatched via a domestic carrier with tracking. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.95; orders of $150 or more ship free.
Delivery windows
Delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by MTC once a package has been handed over. Weather, holidays, and carrier operations may affect transit time.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost packages will be reshipped or refunded per the Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reship fee.
